Refund policy
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not happy, we offer **free returns**.
Here is how it works:
1. Email us at **support@koreachi.com** and let us know you would like to return your order.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Returns are always free once you have reached out to support.
3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
A few notes:
- Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns of bottles that are unopened, or opened bottles you are unhappy with when you contact us directly (we will always try to help).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive the return.
Subscription orders can be returned the same way. To stop future orders, cancel or pause your subscription from your account, or email us and we will take care of it.
